Tessy Giuria holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is the owner and president of Perfect Solutions for Seniors, which she founded in 2005. With over 15 years of experience as a Professional Guardian, Tessy has dedicated her career to senior home care, helping elder care clients regain their independence. She takes great pride in leading a team of exceptional senior home caregivers, companions, and homemakers, all of whom have been thoroughly screened, vetted, and carefully selected.
Francesca Alonso Tubbs earned her Master’s of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from the University of South Florida. She is a Board Certified and State Licensed Speech Language Pathologist, specializing in geriatrics, though she has experience working with both children and adults. With over 8 years of experience in hospitals, acute rehabilitation settings, and long-term care, Francesca is well-equipped to train and consult senior home caregivers, particularly those caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, and other cognitive challenges.
Cassandra Alonso graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician. She also earned her Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Health. In 2012, Cassandra joined the family business as Marketing Director. Her diverse education and certifications enable her to identify clients' needs and match them with compatible senior home caregivers who enhance their quality of life and help them feel secure at home.
