Perfect Solutions for Seniors Celebrates 20 Years of Compassionate Service and Announces Rebrand to Perfect Solutions Homecare
Perfect Solutions for Seniors, a trusted in-home care provider based in Sarasota, proudly celebrates 20 years of heartfelt service to the community. Founded in 2005 by Tessy Giuria, the company is also announcing a rebrand to Perfect Solutions Homecare—reflecting its expanded mission to serve individuals of all ages with compassionate, dignified support.
Tessy, a native of Peru who moved to the U.S. at age 16 without knowing English, launched the company with a deep belief in caring for others the way her family taught her: with warmth, respect, and integrity. What began as a small companionship care service has grown into a multi-county operation serving Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties.
The company now employs over 60 team members, offering a wide range of services including:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Personal and hygiene care
- Support for individuals living with dementia, cancer, and other degenerative conditions
In 2019, Tessy welcomed her daughters Cassandra and Francesca into the leadership team. Cassandra serves as Staffing Coordinator—fondly called the “matchmaker extraordinaire” for her skill in pairing clients with the right caregivers. Francesca, a Speech Language Pathologist and Certified Dementia Practitioner, leads as Chief Inspiration Officer, guiding the company with a focus on compassion, safety, and quality of life.
“The heart of what we do hasn’t changed,” said founder Tessy Giuria. “It’s about showing up for people—making sure they’re cared for like family. Our clients become and extension of our family, and we are always thinking about them.”
As part of its 20-year milestone, the company is rebranding to Perfect Solutions Homecare to reflect its inclusive future—serving not only seniors but anyone in need of home assistance and human connection.
